Protect your comforter or duvet with our silky-soft sateen weave duvet cover. Luxuriously soft and comfortable, it’s made with our exclusive, sustainable CleanBamboo® fabric. Our fabrics are made from organic bamboo using our patented closed-loop process with food-grade, non-toxic solvents. This process produces a unique 100% bamboo lyocell free from harmful chemicals and plastics, unlike other bamboo viscose and bamboo/poly blends on the market.

I received something different than ordered.
Instead of receiving the striped duvet cover I ordered I was sent a plain blue one. When I queried customer service they informed me the striped one was out of stock (it wasn't out of stock when I bought it online). I was refunded the original purchase and was "gifted" the one they sent instead. However I was not able to buy pillow cases to match the one I kept, because they were also out of stock. And the duvet cover I now have is not a colour I can buy pillowcases for elsewhere. So although customer service was very helpful and I appreciated the refund and gift of the incorrect duvet cover I will end up needing to buy something different.
